Gardening can relieve stress and anxiety, improve your immune system, decrease risks of dementia and a great form of aerobics for the body.
It is free. Just find out when the gardening sessions are and join us.
Based on the weather on the day, wear something warm and comfortable.
We will be based outside in a public space so the space will not be female-only.
You are welcome to bring your own gardening tools, any plants/vegetables you would like to grow. We will have a set of tools for you to use regardless.
A relaxing session of learning how to maintain a garden/plot, grow plants and vegetables and be amongst nature. We normally have some treats and sit in the allotment too.
Yes you can stop at any point and pray. Please bear in mind there may not be clean toilet facilities onsite so come prepared to either go to the toilet outdoors and/perform dry ablution.

The hikes are open to all including men. If you feel your child/ren would enjoy walking for a number of hours (with steep hills) then they are more than welcome to come. Please have a look at the level of hike when booking yourself so you know if it is suitable for your child.
